Something that I would like to know about. I am brand new to stream yard. Just started it today. I don’t have the pro plan. I have the second one and I paid for a year. I was playing around with the layouts And I clicked the ad button and there is something that says media slot. I would like to see a tutorial on how to use the media slot. I click the attitude my stage, but then what? I just get this slot on my stage, but I don’t know what to do with it or how to add media to it, thank you so much for your time. Hi there! Thanks for your comment. Can you clarify which email you’re referring to.

@@robertbalasabas yes sure! When a user registered to the event, he/she receives a confirmation email with a recap of event details, and later also an email when the event is over or is beginning. Is there a way to personalize them? I only find a section to add a thumbnail and my logo, but not a way to change the template of the email
