이 정도로 물이 차도록 무엇을 하고 있었나. 이곳은 비가 많이 오는 지역인듯 한데 평소에 배수구 관리를 해야지. 그리고 물이 이렇게 많은데도 방관만 하는 주민들도 대단하다. 불편함이 많아도 참고 ? 나뭇잎등 부유물이 많아서 근복적인 배수구 정비를 해야지 이렇게 청소하는것은 임시 방편일뿐
