@Hot_Devil777 His classic costume design is heavily influenced by historical and fictional characters that represented Facism and Dictatorship, to exaggerate the ultimate type of evil. That and his belt having a Schutzstaffel sign that means victory. It's hard not to connect Bison to the Nazi leader.

I really appreciate how his handedness is consistent no matter what side of the screen he’s on. It had to have taken more work but I think its a great way to add to the character in a subtle way and absolutely was worth the trouble
