My street fighter 6 is doing the same thing. I logged in and verified my capcom id is registered to psn (which it is) and the game still won’t allow me to log in. 😡

I'm having the same issue with my xbox and it's a nightmare because I think what the problem is, is that the email to my account is an email that no longer exists so I can't access it in order to verify my Capcom ID. I'm just so fed up with this, it should not be this complicated to play a video game! The whole process should just be, you bought the game, you play it, that's it! That's all it has to be! I don't want a capcom ID, I just want to play with my friends!

Log into the Capcom ID website ON YOUR PC OR LAPTOP!!!! Step 3. Create or recreate your account and feel free to use the same email you’ve been using. Step 4. Link External Account now. If this doesn’t work: Step 1. Delete your Capcom ID on your LAPTOP OR PC!!!! Step 2. Clear browser history from your laptop or PCs browser. Step 3. Create or recreate your account and feel free to use the same email you’ve been using. Step 4. Link external account now. The problem was I wasn’t using a laptop or pc and that I don’t clear my cookies on my retries to link my account. If it works send my boy a thank you for the suggestion on XBL and add him on SF6 “Jammer Hammer” or add me “Xcaluhbration”. ENJOY!

So I deleted my Capcom ID and made a new one, but when I try to log in, even though I typed everything right, it won't work, and eventually it got blocked. This is just so fucking stupid. They might as well just remove the Capcom ID if all it does is cause problems.

tyr opening a private/incognito window and fi you have a laptop see if you can login that way and if you can link your PSN account.

Nope. Not for me, either. You see, someone deleted my Capcom ID account that was linked to my Xbox Account. So, i made a new one and try to link it as normal, but then they say "That your account was already exsited with my Xbox account." So yea, basically i cant play some online matches. I tried to find some methods for it, but nothing i could find. My only option was to go to Capcom ID themselves and wrote what was wrong with your account. I know alot others are having that same issues, but i was wondering if there's a way. Thanks so much.

I can’t even link at all because it says my “account is already linked to an external account “ and just like everyone else , Capcom Support is silent. @@tokyo5441 1. So after much frustration I went to the capcom website from the code, 2. I linked the playstation with the Capcom barcode thing, 3. I had to change my Email I have been using for the last 7 years to a new one..because they have to match because you have to verify a code that gets sent to the email in the Playstation email. I think that is the key is that the emails have to match.

@@dieyowai for some reason mine expired last year when they migrated..so I went to capcom website and used my current email like before and it registered as if new.. was weird
