SF6's hip-hop music and visual style honestly seems a lot stronger than that of SF3. It's like Capcom did a lot more research into the topic than with SF3 or something.

Wu-Tang Clan had a playstation 1 game back in the day. I remember a couple of Def Jam games amongst many others too. Probably the best game with a street aesthetic was the massively underrated Urban Reign by Namco.
