afaik shimmying doesn't technically exist in the same way in tekken since grabs aren't countered in the same way, so i haven't heard that term used for it back and forth movement is still often used to bait whiffs though, utilizing backdash cancelling and other movement options

@zangana3052 having mastery of a consistent back dash cancel and baiting out whiffed moves. Every similar to Steet Fighter, and more emphasis on movement mastery. Don't forget on capitalizing on whiff punishment too

simplified game plan, and the hitstop is intentional bc the frame windows are much shorter
