That's the punch you make holding the 3 kick buttons at the same time. The damage depends on the time you hold. If you time it correctly you can dodge a fireball with it and then... lights out with a single KO punch.

No it's not. The damage setting on 2 starts. When Characters have low life,their damage will level up. You can try and test this.

kinda,but u need to crouch cancel to actually juggle that much,otherwise they flip out of the combos

cool but another video thats not doable with cpu, alpha series (especially SFA3) throws are tech hit including when launched

Except when you crouch cancel your jumps, which is what is being done in the video. As long as you don't go completely neutral, there can be no teching, not even the CPU can break that rule.
