Street Fighter EX2 Plus - Skullomania Playthrough, Level 8 Difficulty (All SP Fights, ALL CLEAR)

Whew this one had me miserable, imagine Hokuto with a worse Renbu and worse Meteor but higher damage. Higher damage doesn't really help given that you need to achieve specific types of KOs so just landing Skullomania's Meteor in a combo is a pipe dream on Hard Mode given the CPU will only give you specific opportunities for damage and you cannot slip up by getting greedy.
And it's funny, because sometimes it's possible to delay New Skullodream so it activates well after enemies do some sort of low to punish you. The problem is that if you don't achieve this very specific tick and timing, you're going to lose a ton of life and lose a bar of energy for a really poor use of meter.
I do use slide into Skullodream in certain fights and you can see how inconsistent it is.
Skullomania is... I think more than anything, the Kairi fight was the worst thing I've ever experienced. A lot of times you really are trying to Skullo Slide specific moves, but he tends to have very little in the way of actual recovery on certain moves, so unless you can get a rhythm on him on a knockdown, it's also possible for him to just teleport the entire match away or do things that you can't really significantly hurt him for. Even if you use Excel he is likely to fall out.
Still, just putting up another video showcasing what the special fights look like on a per character basis. Thinking of Darun next and/or Nanase. Another one in da books.

Despite struggling with Skullomania at certain times during this playthrough, you persevered against all odds and emerged victorious from every single special battle. I especially commend you on a job well done with landing those clutch super or meteor combo finishes against Dhalsim, Shadowgeist, Kairi, Sagat, and M. Bison. Not only that, but you got the best kind of payback against Garuda in the form of a perfect meteor combo finish after he rudely rejected all of your teatime invitations via Skullo Dream. Issei Futamata would be proud.
