Anybody who knows and has played this version of the game knows TAS or not, this was not played at Level 7, because there's no way Blanka just stands there and let's you jump into him. Blanka air to airs you impeccably on hardest difficulty, you cannot jump at all and get away with it, even vertically. The CPU also wouldn't let you CrLK him into stun either, he would have glitch framed a crHK out of it, because that's just how the game has been coded, it cheats in certain situations. Sorry to be a party pooper here, but I just know this game.

Dude, I just loaded the ROM on the emulator and did the TAS. I honestly couldn't care less about the cpu behavior, I just did the TAS and everything just went fine lol

@@danevileye Wow you responded QUICK, didn't mean to trigger anyone with my comment, just an observation. Just as an experiment myself, I've loaded up the ROM for old times sake and notice that the game behaves much differently on Level 7 with certain other cheats enabled than with them turned off. So for example, I have enabled air special moves and speed up, which has interestingly made the CPU reactions and behaviour completely different. I can almost jump in at will now! Maybe enabling TAS has had a similar effect here, so apologies, wasn't necessarily calling you a liar, just know the game isn't behaving as it usually should.

@@Longlostpuss Don't take me wrong, I'm not triggered. As u can see, my TAS is 100% amateur stuff. I can assure u that I loaded the stock rom and did this TAS based on it, I really have no reason to cheat on a TAS. U can even check my other videos and be sure I am a real speedrunner on other games. I appreciate your input on the matter, but I can assure u that this TAS is legit. I hope u have a great Sunday

is random. in level 7 Blanka jumps up if you jump close him, but in some cases, blanka stays stand up without move if you jump to him and kick / punch then throw

It's a TAS. The level doesn't matter. The AI can't do anything.
