Akuma has no command grab it's just a teleport grab because if it was a true command grab you couldn't jab him out of it or hit him out of the grapplers have command grab not akuma that's a teleport grab

What are you talking about? No command grabs have invincibility, you can jab all of them out of their startups (marissa had armour for one of hers i think? Never played her). You must be new to street fighter.

The rule of thumb for a command grab in SF6 is an unblockable, character specific special attack. So regular grab wouldn't count, for example, because they are general game mechanic and not a character specific special. Cammy, Marisa, AKI and Akuma all have multi part command grabs. Honda, Gief, Lily, Jamie and Manon all have traditional command grabs. JP has a non-traditional projectile type command grab (under these rules, of course). Both Luke and Manon have hit-grabs, which are NOT command grabs. Manon because it can be blocked Lukes because it is part of a hit from a special move that is blockable.
