the thing that many people still don't realize is that in terms of story if you think about it, evil ryu(from alpha 3 and sf4 )is basically a younger akuma(in allegorical/metaphorical sense)Evil ryu's ending in alpha 3 basically depicts to us how akuma became the character we know him as currently,you can even notice the parallels to evil ryu and akuma in the alpha series. Throughout the alpha series akuma is been hellbent on this quest to fight stronger opponents and in his alpha 2 story ending and some of his win quotes,akuma is hoping that someday someone will kill and defeat him,implying that he wants to die,in evil ryu's ending in alpha 3,after he kills shin akuma,he ends up becoming the supreme master of the fist(a title akuma himself still holds in every sf game today), he defeats basically every character in the game and his last line before his ending closes out is where...? Where can I find the one who can defeat him,which means ryu now as akuma eventually takes on the same pain and misery that gouki once went through,continuing the cycle. I honestly wish capcom games could've made a storyline in the games,where evil ryu and ken represented young versions of akuma/gouki and Gouken,like they could show us how akuma and gouken came to be who they were,through ryu and ken metaphorically...imagine Ken mastering the power of nothingness battling ryu who's fully consumed by the satsui no hado,now the supreme master of the fist,would've been epic

If I were the Capcom dev who came up with this: *Street Fighter: Round One - Fight!* would not be just an animated comic. It would be a crossover dream-match game like 鉄拳TEKKEN Tag where a total of 50 playable street fighters from every II, III & Alpha iteration are all re-designed 3rd Strike style (even plays better than 3rd Strike) and played throughout all these story-mode cutscenes taken from the UDON comics as seen in this video. Also, SFII HD Remix and 3rd Strike Online would not exist if it happened.
