hey mark... everything good has been commented about the food and personality already. but the technical aspect of your videos - exposure, focus, colour, for vlog run (well, walk) and gun style and hardly any cinematics, i find is consistently outstanding, esp this one taken at night. you've great gear and knows how to use them well.
