ดูขั้นตอนทำแล้วเชื่อ 100 % ว่าต้องอร่อยอย่างแน่นอน คิดว่าพ่อครัวคงเคยไปทำงานที่ต่างประเทศมาแล้ว (ไต้หวัน เกาหลี หรือญี่ปุ่น?) ทุกอย่างดูสะอาดมาก ใส่ใจกับสิ่งเล็กๆน้อยอย่างไม่เลยเฉย ถึงจะเป็นร้านริมทาง แต่เขาเข้าใจรักษาความสะอาด ผิดกับร้านริมทางของไทยที่ดูสกปรกมาก หม้อซุปวางข้างถนนที่รถวิ่งคนเดินพลุกพล่าน ทั้งควันดำจากรถ ทั้งฝุ่นฟุ้งจากคนเดิน ไอ้ไทยไม่สนใจแม้แต่น้อย

Street Food, you can see how they cook! not like in restaurant where you can't see them cooking! Food here is around $1, in restaurant it's from $5 - $10, you can see the different!
