5:56 They open their little restaurant from 18:45 - 24:00 I think in the morning, they shop for ingredients and do the prep like skew, sauce, cut the meat, wash vegetables ... They work hard all day, maybe some hours for shower and sleep

Wow, I must really take my hat off to this tremendously hard working couple!!! The whole set up was meticulously done, and then they have to dismantle it all afterwards is just .... no words! The food looked delicious, nice plating too. And All were prepared beforehand ready for cooking, etc.. my word! Does he even have time to sleep? (Vegetables are expensive in Japan, so I am surprised to see how generous the veggie portions are.) All my Best wishes to them.. they sure deserve success. 👍👍👍👏👏👏👏

It is and I like how it all looks when they’re done after it’s all done, it’s great they get a lot of business. Some people really don’t mind because they also meet a lot of new people daily, but think of the people who get up every morning, get ready for work every single day, drive through traffic, work with people all day and do it all over again the next day, it takes a lot of energy and motivation to keep going to get that paycheck. Some people rather work outside than behind a desk. 😉

Regardless where we are in the world, where we come from, who we are, survival is so very hard. But as we move on no matter what it takes, we will eventually make it there. Watching your whole video, make me think of my parents, whom worked so tirelessly and raised all of us well. They are no longer on earth, but we must move on…. Take good cares, there are still long and narrow roads ahead of us. With all the love ❤️

Wow. This one is particularly interesting. Terrifically elaborate set-up (to repeat that daily - that, alone - takes great fortitude ), as well the integration of *western "density" (**meat, portion size) with a dexterous, high aesthetics Asian skill/ touch. The food looks beautiful, full of texture combinations, always an element of *char. Bravo to them, much success.
I really love the Asian European fusion happening here with his food. These guys deserve an actual restaurant, because this food looks delicious and I think anyone would enjoy the flavors.

not everyone is as clean or responsible like this couple, or like japanese. In my area, anywhere street stands/trucks/carts go, there's a trail of trash, oil, rubbish, etc. even if they clean, the customers cause a disturbance or mess and just leave it there nearby. All the parking lots or streets where they set up are always trashed, oily, and dirty.

This is truly awe-inspiring. Speaking as a Westerner - does anyone notice how our Asian brothers and sisters (I'm assuming this lovely couple is Japanese), do everything so beautifully? And the design of everything they use is, simply, art. This cart is beautiful, the food looks breathtaking. The intelligence of the design, the demeanor of the people, the importance placed on family and education is something we should aspire to! If you'll notice homes, gardens, streets, clothing, interiors, and even their automobiles are beautiful and practical. Anyway, I would love to go to Asia one day and experience this first hand. God Bless you wonderful people.
