2018 was a bounce-back year for Harley after the company faced multiple recalls in 2017. However, a few 2018 models had been affected due to similar productions issues and problematic areas. As a result, the 2018 Street Glide was called for a voluntary recall. Although the Street Glide is a Harley legend, it is not exempt from this massive Harley recall. A failing clutch problem which affected the 2017 models also affected the 2018 Street Glide, according to USA Today. Consumers reported a series of problems with this bike, including an oil pump problem and brake problems. Riders complained about the 2018 Street Glide having “cheap parts From Consumer Reports.

Also I'm under the belief a bike is Supposed to be Well run in before you can run it hard on Dynoe. So 60 days is not Enough time for a lot of people to get their bike done and retain warranty.. Matt. What can I do with my 2019 streetglide 117 CVO to push it in this power range.? I was looking at the stage kit, but outside of a compression increase I don't see why Harley makes you buy new jugs and pistons to come back out to the same displacement. I feel like the compression could have already been there with this bike so it just needed a cam swap. It's not like I'm going to ever run anything but premium in it.
