For such two cars with similar high torque hp and low gross weight, the major deciding factor in the end is the aero drag forces. In contrast to lambo, Porsche 911 is an art of aero and the the roofline sliding down at the tail gives lower turburlence drag at the higher speed.

Well i believe huracan could probably accelerate up to 400 km/h with another transmission with proper gear ratio well at least they could add or replace the last gear with a ratio like in a bugatti chiron that will definitely add at least +50-100 km. All people only care about engine boost not considering that gear ratio is a MUST upgrade. It's a lot of fun to accelerate up to 400-500 km/h

Anyone wondering how the Lambo manages to get the initial, is because it has a 5.2L displacement and the Porsche has 4L displacement. The extra displacement helps the Lambo to get more torque. This helps the Lambo to shoot ahead of the Porsche in the initial but Porsche gets it in the top end.
