So at 9:00 when he hits the other guys car.... What's the general rule of thumb in a situation like this? Do they make arrangements for the crash-causer to pay repairs on the other guys car? I see these cars as investments because the owners put a lot of money into them and then take them racing where they can potentially make money from contests or side bets, and that guy completely took out the other guy's investment and took away his ability to use that car to make money at least until it is repaired. Do they hold that person accountable? Or is that just a risk you take when street racing, that another driver might care more about a potential payout rather than protecting his and your investments?

Why is the passenger calling the start of the race. You are the passenger, not the driver. Sit down and shut up. I had a friend try this shit while I was driving his car. He was involved in a motorcycle accident and couldn’t drive. I told the other driver that I would honk and we would leave on the third honk. Suddenly my friend counted to 3, while I was still staging and the other driver took off. He fucked up the start and we had to do a restart. I cursed him out and told him to stfu. I also cursed out the other driver and asked why he would think it is acceptable to listen to the passenger.
