Belt FIX! ADD small smooth bracket near outside side of belt 1/4" gap. When the belt flexes during extreme rpm belt, it will touch the bracket and stay on. Tip from retired mechanical engineer. Best to all of the 405 from 313.

Best bet is a round bar or tube so no edge to worry about but great idea

It’s been done for years on big blower cars. With a setup like this it’s more likely a pulley alignment issue, or a bearing is going out somewhere. Ribbed belts don’t usually run off unless it’s not running true.

He’s running a small belt commanding a lot of power on nitrous awd and heavy. The belt falling off isn’t the issue, the issue is belt and amount of ribs because obviously the belt is catching it just can’t take it then snaps. No amount of guides and grip will help this situation only more Ribs and more pulley width. After that’s done then yes guides and grip works well to throw more power at it. This is how you fix that problem.

Watching the Jeep Farmtruck was driving, and won the race instantly has me wanting a Jeep like that..I'm trying to figure out if it's a TrakHawk or whatever they're called..I started running from Jeeps after the small like square body Jeeps started fading away cause those Jeeps lasted forever and still running around my area..I'm not to fond of the V6 engine Jeep started using in the next ones after the small like square body's with a strong straight 6cylinder engine that has just enough horsepower to go through the woods like a tank lol..I've had eyes on the square body Jeeps for quite awhile now but I can't catch anybody home long enough to see if it's 4sale..It's been setting in high grass for almost 3yrs now and I would like to get it before to much longer cause the body and interior is decent and the paint
