ضیا بھائئ میں اپ کا بہت بڑا فین ہوں اپ سے ملنا بھی چیاتا ہوں دیکھیں قسمت کہاں ملاتی ہے میں ابطیبی میں 13سال اورعمان میں3 سال رہا اگر ابھی عمان میں ہوتا تو اپ بلا کر وہاں کی زبردست ڈشیس اونٹ کے کباب اور اونٹ کے گوشت کی مندی ہے جس کا جواب ہی نہیں۔وہ اپ کی دعوت ضرور کرتا۔اونٹ کے کباب مشقاق کہلاتے ہیں زبردست ہوتے ہیں۔مجھے سارھے 3 سال ہوگئے ہیں عمان سے ہوئے مگھر ذایقہ زبان سے نہیں اترا۔ اونٹ کا گوشت عمان میں اسطرح استعمال ہوتا ہے جس طرح یہاں گائے کا گوست یوتا ہے ہر سالن میں اونٹ کا گوشت۔ مقامی افراد کا کہنا ہے کہ اونٹ کے گوشت میں کللسٹرول بلکل بھی نہیں یوتا۔واللہ عالم

Good video as always 👌I think another important criteria you should include is hygiene. Sadly almost all dhabas in Pakistan practice poor hygiene and I think with this criteria you can especially reward the places that practice good hygiene like for example Imran Cafe. That way you can reward good hygiene practices. Unfortunately I think most places will rank very low with hygiene, but if you point it out in Sha Allah the situation will improve.

Great concept. Zia bhai, you can also take this concept forward on cleanliness (inside and outside of the location) and presentation where the food items are not lurking off the plate. This is a huge turn off. This is something which I have noticed in a lot of South Asian vendors lacking immensely.
