It is kind of a strange thing to ask, why a would bread-maker brush his bread with that unknown liquid? If he was using eggs, why was not he applying on all the bread evenly? He missed to apply on almost half of his bread. Why bother? Also cleaning bread bottom with a brush, did you see he waa putting the same bread on the table that collected enough debris from previous ones. I get it, that this guys knows what is he doing, but is he on an hourly pay job, that he does not have to care about the quality of bread he is making? It just does not make sence. I have to admit he was doing a tremendous job. Bread types looked magnificiant!
