@@d.c.3534 i barely heard his accent. Maybe he has a little of Vietnamese accent I guess or maybe that's just how he talk like a marble mouthed from what I can tell, I'm a Cambodian btw.

@@hannie5371 he speaks with very thick accent. Its either a thick phnom penh or viet accent. He could be kampuchea krom. Lots of KK in phnom penh. They have very strong viet accent. Khmer krom or not, he's khmer to me and he speaks khmer fluently despite his accent. He also has a tattoo of cambodia map on his left arm. So I'm certain he's khmer. Many ethnic khmer residing in phnom penh have adopted the city accent.

@@remhk6672 Having an accent doesn't mean the person is a foreigner. Everyone has an accent. There are different accents/dialects within a country. I wasn't implying that he wasn't Khmer. I was asking what region in Cambodia his accent is from. I'm also guessing it's a Phnom Penh accent/dialect. It doesn't matter if he's ethnic Khmer, Vietnamese-Khmer, Khmer Krom, etc. He's speaking Khmer (even though I'm having a hard time understanding him), he's eating Khmer food, talking about Khmer food, he's in Cambodia so he's Khmer to me. We don't need to get hung up about who is ethnic Khmer or not.
