Being that these Hacks are pretty much op we've decided to up the ante a bit and play the game on Very hard Difficulty. How are you doing this? On pc with steam workshop? Or any megadrive emulator with a hacked rom??

This is done by patching the SOR2 rom with the hacked files. Once you applied the hack, you can run it on pc using an emulator or any device that support Retroarch. You can also run it on real geneisis hardware using an Everdrive.

I use a program called Lunar ips. You can find Lunar on Romhacking.net and they have patch(hacked) files there as well. Here is the link to the website www.romhacking.net/

Or could u even do a step by step video on how to download it cos ive tryed everything from A-Z all last night and today and i still cant download it sometimes it says its corrupt or its time has expired and i cant download it anymore and it says all that kind of stuff

hmm...Not sure what that could be. But the hack is definitely out there. Google is your best friend. As i previously stated, look for Kratus Streets of Rage 2 hacks. For safety and legal reasons I cannot provide a link myself.

Yes, there are some moves we haven't figured out yet.

Because Streets of Rage 2 rom is Copyrighted by Sega and i feel uncomfortable doing that.

Yes. They have a SOR2 version of him and a SOR3 version. Both version can be played on a Patched SOR2 rom

I'm sorry but I cannot provide a link to the rom file. However, all you need to do is go to romhacking.net and look for the sor2 hack. As long as you have an US copy of Streets of Rage 2 rom file, you can patch it with ips Lunar easily.
