Streets of Rage 2 "Go Straight" (Ad-vanc3d Beats of rage remix) The track and the making)

This is an early 1990s style Techno/House Remix of Yuzo Koshiros original composition. In this video firstly I will go through the separate elements I used to make up the tune. Then the full length track will play. A combination of hardware and software was used. No copyright infringement intended. Enjoy, like, comment and subscribe ;-)

Nice work. The SoR2 soundtrack is hard to beat, really enjoyed the game back in day. I didn't realise the technical accomplishment until years later when I got into making music. Megadrive soundtracks have been a big influence generally I'd say.

ChrisLody Thankyou Chris same me . I still play it on an emulator every so often even today. Yes alot was acheived with limited hardware but just goes to show . I read an article on Yuzo a few years back and, it was intresting to learn his influences from back then. Yes your right alot of vgm influence is everywhere even till today .

IMO, it's the awesome remix! :) The game is awesome too so you've choose a great hit to be remixed. P.S. There is an app. for Android... Prisma ;) (it's about these "crayon" type effects).
