although sor2 music may have also been influenced by Prodigy its clear that Technotronic, Shamen and even Enigma, were direct influences on many of the tracks. I cant really liken one of the sor2 tracks to prodigy track.

This game was my childhood. I spent countless hours playing this game with my dad. Axel is the goat but I always played as blades because of the aoe spin quick and his speed. The alien level went hard. This game was incredible. Great video!

The first prodigy album came out in September 1992 and the SoR 2 came out in December. While I absolutely love both of them, I’m not too sure it was inspired by the prodigy. It’s just house and euro house in general

Oh that's awesome they got inspiration from prodigy. I don't recall listening to very much of their stuff in the 90s but during the 2000s I heard a lot of their really epic songs all the time. At a job I used to work at 4 years ago I had actually connected my phone to a Bluetooth speaker so that employees can hear the music I have downloaded which yeah actually back then on my Android I could just have music that I downloaded to my computer be transferred to my phone so I can listen to it that way but Google got greedy and now you have to spend money for that exact app that used to be free. Anyways I had a few prodigy songs saved and well the employees I worked with were of the younger generation. I was born in 1988 they were born in the mid to late nineties instead mostly the late nineties or even the 2000s, but anyways they didn't even recognize prodigy and that made me kind of sad.

Correction: You can see Blaze's underwear in the European version too. But any other re-release would use the censored US ROM until the release of Sega Mega Drive Classics, where the Japanese version was included, along with seeing Blaze's underwear again.
