01:04 : Why are you doing back attack here ? Does it allow you to make the next charge attack charge quicker ?

Yes. In the old version you could charge a 2nd boot while doing the 1st boot, you can't anymore so you do a back attack to trick the game into thinking your last move was a back attack not a boot.
