Sehr einleuchtendes Training. Könnte ich dafür evt. auch meinen alten "Liptrainer made by Königsberg W- Germany" benutzen?

Ich hatte im Unterricht bereits viele, welche diesen Liptrainer benutzten und nur Probleme durch falsches Training hatten. Wenn man es richtig macht, ja, dann bringt der auch etwas. Aber die Gefahr vor falschem Training ist unwahrscheinlich groß
