Love your videos, would love to see more female workout critiques! Also just finished your book Eat It! Great read, you guys are hilarious! You guys encouraged me to start walking in the mornings before work, trying to create a habit of getting up and doing something!

Thanks to advice from your videos, I've kicked myself in gear this year and hav lost 25lbs since the beginning of January (2024). I'm looking to take it to the next level and cut to 185 and look good. I love your channel!

These are quickly becoming my favorite videos of yours to share. Especially to friends who just casually work out without a solid plan because this is a perfect entryway to more structured workouts like in the IC.

Great video!! Doing my first pull-up is my long term goal. Right now I am just a beginner and focusing on getting stronger overall (I am just a baby in the gym 😂).

Love the content. I’m just going to comment on the alternating dumbbell presses from the top for some thoughts to think about. It’s just not logical. Time under tension… Well what kind of tension are we talking about? Physics with the dumbbells would say it’s subpar tension at the top and wont challenge the muscle fibers with any kind of real tension. So why spend so much time there? What’s happening at the muscle fiber level that’s so significant there? Why limit your load you can put those fibers under with a stability challenge that is just reducing output for no significant tension? Time under tension is useless if that tension is not significant. Atleast with an alternating dumbbell curl, you can go heavier on each arm than you could together because of a break inbetween reps. That logic does not apply here because of an unnecessary stability requirement that doesn’t lend itself to challenging a muscle. This is just stuff to think about. If you’re reducing load you can use, make sure it’s giving you more benefit or challenge, not just because of a limiting factor with mostly downsides.

I love what you said about the amount of weight you're lifting and that you should be making the scrunched up face only towards the end. I'm clearly lifting too much. 😬

Maybe he does the zotman curl after or just adds them to the end of the ppslb split…

Wouldn’t pull be biceps and push be triceps which are both arms? Making it two days of arms 🤔 he might be including shoulders as arms too…

I don't know if you're familiar with the pain scale for kids. It's a bunch of basic faces done in a pencil drawing format. They should invent the same scale for lifting that trainers can use for feedback from their clients. Did your face look like this 😮 or this 😣haha you and Susan could be the faces hahahahha
