Thank you for posting these great exercises. How many reps of each should we be doing? Also, how many steps, how far should we go when doing the “Farmer’s Carry”?

For my programs I focus on performing each movement for 1 minute. Focus on form and function rather than reps.

I’ve got rotatedhips. Farmers carry is very hard. I need to work on this. How do I stop progression? I’m in a lot of pain, so I will try these exercises.

You could try lighter weight, marching in place, or suitcase carry (weight in one hand) as a farmers carry regression.
