7:12 THAT was insanely impressive. This and dyno's were always my weakness, that whole bolder really. Watching him just breeze up that is amazing. 11:39 My whole body sounds like that now. Its half the reason I stopped climbing, the other half is kidney/liver issues were hindering my body ability to process the lactic acid... you get really really sick when this happens. I'm glad to see you haven't forgotten your climbing skillz while you were busy with the 'Overtime' shorts and your vacation. Happy to see you back at it my dude! Vadim is such a beast! But in all honesty it doesn‘t make that much sense training the one hand crimp at the deep hold at the bm2000 for example. It‘s much more efficient to workout with a pulley system and if you don‘t have one then rubber bands come into play or I managed to get this done with the help of a crimp block. If you can lift a little bit more then body weight, then you ready for the bm2000 middle edge one arm hang… atleast that was for me the case… but there is of course more to it… shoulder stability+rotation and stuff like that.
@colemantrebor65742 ай бұрын
Why doesn't it make that much sense? I mean he does it and he's one of the strongest around.

@@colemantrebor6574 What Anton was doing doesn't make sense.
@Shrimpflation2 ай бұрын
@@colemantrebor6574 What he is doing is crimping the smallest edge on the beastmaker. That‘s a completely other story. When you ledge on something that is much deeper than one pad, you most likely only hang from your ligaments and tendons. Not much strength involved.
