The Jumping Expander is a great strength training tool that is effective in strengthening all major muscle groups. And most people who use it for the first time definitely feel it the next day!
While jumping fitness strengthens every part of the body, the expanders are used to enhance that effect to help develop a stronger and leaner you. As the production of growth hormone decreases drastically after 30 years old, we lose about 8-10% of muscle tissue every decade. Strength training helps to maintain muscle tissue to counter muscle loss due to the aging process so that we remain youthful and vital.
