I'm struggling with a lot of things you mentioned as well. I've realized the importance of weight training in recover and have been trying to fight atrophy when I'm feeling up to it. I hope your recovery is going well, would love to know how you're doing now. Best wishes

I've had Lyme (and co-infections) since I was 10. Just diagnosed (FINALLY) at 50. At my worst I couldn't move off the couch. Now I'm up lifting weights again. Glad to finally see a video like this out there. Thank you for your courage. We'll be following! :-) Don't give up!

GRATEFUL I FOUND THIS, OMG!!! It is supremely encouraging. Thank you! You're blessed to be capable of what you still can do, and God wish I could find more videos, (hope in 2021 You're balanced and preforming at an optimal level).

I had it. Limit your carb intake because it thrives on sugar & make sure you take canacurcumin - it will remove the foggy head.

Hi there, may I ask how you are feeling now? I’ve been really sick for 5 years, finally diagnosed with lyme and co-infections at the beginning of this year. I haven’t started a strict lyme protocol yet, still working on parasites and other viruses, but just wanted to see if you had success in your treatments. I used to be a powerlifter/athlete before I got sick and just want to see if there’s hope for me to ever get my strength back. Thank you!

Yeah. I'm feeling good. Took a long time, but you can definitely get your strength back, just keep at it man. You can do it 💪

I resonate with all of this. I found out I had Lyme disease a month ago. I’m a bodybuilder and navigating this is such a strange road.

I see you are super fit now. Can I become like that with lyme disease? Do you still have lyme?

Dude I have been through the same. I am on different antibiotics than you but still the same things. I feel different every day. The fog can be helped with anti yeast meds. I think the one I take for brain fog is diflucan and for stomach yeast is nystatin. My doc says the tick borne virusus feed off of excess yeast in the body. If there is any other questions reach out and we can share info

I have lyme for two years and a half now. During the worst moments I get this strange sensation in the musles of my legs starting from my butt and I lose all strength, I'm exhausted during the day, have to lie down all the time and at night the weird feeling makes that i can't sleep. I would like to do small exercises to train little by little but I'm not sure what's best. It's so encouraging to see many get back on track after a while! What did you do that helped most? I'm going to an orthomolecular doctor now.

Found out I had chronic Lyme after 20 years of trying to figure out wth was wrong. Lyme eventually attacked my heart and I ended up with a stroke. Question. I powerlift and cannot get rid of my joint pain no matter what I do. It's literally one injury or small tweak after another. I'm assuming it's joint inflammation from Lyme. Are you experiencing bad inflammation in your joints while training? My test also dropped below 200. They put me on TRT.
