181 dude has great technique, form, and ligament strength to bench 500. He made the big boys look weak. Mike O'Hearn's tricep strength is off the chart to reverse bench 405 for 4 reps. That exercise is much harder than flat bench regular grip. Very impressive for both guys.

So his lifts are always super high, but to think Mike couldn't bench over 600 is ridiculous. The guy incline benches over 500 !!
