Oh my goodness Marina this was intense 😅! I was shaking and sweating. The half split with leg up was difficult for me. I could not even raise my leg up😂 and almost cramp up😂. Thank you for this session ❤.

I always enjoy your challenging yet achievable flows. It was a little fast for me. I would if you could do flows to help with achieving plow position which I still can't get❤

Спасибо за интенсивную тренировочку. Но вот акцент уши режет. Во время выполнения данной тренировки пришел вопрос: "Вот почему у всех людей из Рашки такой ужасный акцент на английском яз. Ван, ту , Сри "😅
