Wow, great video! I have an inguinal hernia that I have been healing naturally, and have had great success with strengthening my TA along with some other things that I have been doing. The breakdown of the numbers that you went through makes complete sense! I will be sharing this video with my subscribers. Thanks!

Just found your other site where you mentioned these TAs. I guess I need to start thinking about workouts other than work. I've pulled both TAs moving rocks. Surfing used to fix everythig!!! grrr dont get old!

Another great video! The thing I like is that you are showing actual strengthening exercises one can do to test/improve each of these muscles. Very useful.

Hi thank you for this very informative video. I had no idea the "internal" muscles were layered in such complex ways. Its a wonder we arent a big tangled mess!!!

Great video. I have a slight query regarding transverse abdominis. So, the weird thing is, the part of that muscle on the front, activates properly for me, but the slightly remaining part on the back, doesnt fire, I dont even know how thats possible. Also, due to which, the left erector spinae (the side on which the back transverse abdominis is not acting), is constantly tight. Any thoughts on how do I fix it ? Also, same for the external oblique on that side, it also doesnt activate fully. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks. :)
