This is super helpful. My dog is only 2 and she was recently diagnosed with stage 2 osteoarthritis in both elbows and wrists, but it’s worse on her right side. Are push ups okay for her wrists as well?

This is so helpful and clear. Our dog could use these exercises since he just had bilateral elbow surgery. Wondering where to get that harness which would help too.

Hi there, thanks for the support. This isn't the exact harness but the 'line grip harness' from 'non-stop dog-ear' is a good and similar harness. Just check the measurements because unfortunately no all harnesses fit every dogs because of their wide ranges of shape.
