Hey Josh, thanks a lot for advocating so much for core work on your channel. I've been working with Shane and following you, Matt and everyone. But the emphasis on core work on your channel enlightened me on how weak my core was and the many exercises to strengthen it. I've been working my core/hip flexors for a good three weeks now. Makes you feel nice and powerful.

That's awesome to hear. I know exactly what you mean by feeling more powerful. Keep working!

Thanks for the hip workout! The first one felt like something too challenging for me on my left side, but as I did it I gained confidence my body could move that way! Thanks for the great videos.

Brilliant! Is it possible to modify this for a super stuck hip flexor, with limited mobility lumbar joints? I'm recovering from a back injury, love to run and stay fit, but I'm walking all funky because my right hip joint and right hamstring refuse to release after my regular yoga stretches and solid dynamic stretching. You're awesome. Thanks!!

Hi - great video. I'm the remedial class. I can't sit in a 90/90 with my butt touching down evenly - worse on the right hip than the left but I can't sit upright in that position on either side without supporting with an arm. So...is there another excercise I can do to build up to the point where I can actually sit in that position with my butt all the way down? Thanks for your time with these videos they are hugely helpful. ~Mike

I did seated Forward bend 3 weeks ago where I was able to make my head touch my knees. Then I felt something snapped behind my right thigh. Since then I've been feeling some pain or tingling sensation on my right glute and thigh. I'm not sure if I just tore my harmstring or something else like pinch nerve or disc bulge? How long does hamstring tear last? Is it normal to last this long?

Good info! One question, can you have such a tight hip that you can really stretch your glutes? I can easily get a stretch in my left side but not in the right. My inner thigh gets super tight if I try.

Lol I thought I was mobile but then I tried the first drill and I have never felt so stiff :D
