I have a stretch that's a foundation of my triad of yoga sessions as well as my shoulder bulletproofing one. I think you could call it the evil twin of your first stretch. 1) Stand tall. 2) Put your extended arms behind your back. 3) Lace your fingers and bring the heels of your palms together. 4) Arch your chest, pulling your shoulders back and look to the sky. 5) Hold. (I usually hold for two minutes, minimum.) This is, by far, my favourite upper-body stretch. A great stress-reliever. P.S. I love, love, love your content.

I grabbed a 20k kettlebell on the back but just hold it 30secs, feels great, i still don’t know how it will feel tomorrow haha. Thank you!

Thank you! I have been dealing with shoulder problems for a while now. I did these stretches yesterday! I was able to do an upper body workout yesterday. Pain-free!!!!!

Dealing with some overhead mobility issues. Used to have an impinged left shoulder and now I think my right shoulder is impinged? I feel open and slightly pain free though-- thanks for the quality video!

I do a stretch where i take my left arm and place my left palm behind my right knee while hunching my upper back. That gives a really good stretch. Guess it's similar to your first exercise there, but stretches better.

I just started watching your videos maybe 3 weeks ago and I already feel better. I'm a zoo keeper and I have to bend, squat, reach, lift, and even duck walk on the daily. So excited to try these stretches. I do have constant pain in my neck and turning from side to side is usually painful, any recommendations for fixing neck issues?

Years of weight lifting has given me the mobility of Lego. I’ve dabbled with stretches year and there but never really see an improvement. Sticking to this routine everyday with shoulder dislocations and I’ll message back in a month with an update. Literally could not get parallel with the crab position lol

Hello, so I did this for a week didn’t really see much improvement (Maybe because it’s only been a week ) but I ended up downloading the stretchIT app and that’s made a huge difference after about 2 weeks. I have a shoulder external rotation issue in my left shoulder which is a pain for boxing and it’s improved so much and also I’m just generally less stiff moving around sparring. I even got myself a yoga mat and blocks which is a must. The app bit on expensive side though (There are other cheaper alternatives) but I’m enjoying the progress so far.
