I’ll start working on this wrist mobility exercise! I can do a regular muscle up, just not on the rings and it always frustrated me. Thanks for the help!

Been trying to get a muscle up on rings for over a year, actually hurt my elbows pretty bad while trying it, so I was kinda scared to do it for real. Watched this video, went “What if I just went out now and tried it?” Walked out to my garage where I keep the rings, did a muscle up. It’s not super pretty, but it was in fact a muscle up. Great content. Love what you guys put out

Wow u r a great teacher with such simple way of explaining that it becomes easy to understand and visualise every progression even before doing it that u feel very confident that yes i can also do my muscleups.

why are getting the cramps in the forearms a good thing? can I look at it like you're learning those muscles to 'lock' into the grip.. ?

Josh has his hair shaved on the side and sometimes wears a man bun. I don't think they sound the same. But I do think they are brothers...really fit brothers. Lol.

What is your recommendation for building range in the dip without injuring the shoulder? Using bands at full range or bodyweight and try to slowly get lower over time. I find my dip form can get sketchy when I go too low. Feels fine while doing it and then the next day I pay the price

@Talha Umar Cheers buddy..Amazon's a safe bet for the equipment. I don't have a garage..but that would be my first choice to put one in myself..especially if its heated at this time of year:)....
