When I applied a load of specific value on node 2 it shows a message(Warning) of "Specific forces from the previous F command were applied only to the selected NODAL LOAD set" can you please guide me on how to solve this problem

There might be a bug in your version, Look for tutorial on "F Commands" that will help you to solve your problem.
