Stress management is one of my favorite topics, especially when applied to diving!
Learn how you react to stress, by training under stress! Realistic diving training, together with a deep understanding and acceptance of stress are the keys for a successful and relaxed dive!
I hope this video can help you relaxing before diving! Stress training underwater is critical for improving your skills for recreational diving as well as for technical and cave diving.

Avoid problems You don't whant to have more then one problem at the time. I want to see you breathing from a freeflow regulator at 40, 50 meter Use tecnical regulators, use a stage Take small steps practice at 3, 5 meters Have backup mask you don't whant to have a problem at dept, cloudy water, lake, cold Dive regulary Practice regulary Safe dive!
