Flurry went on cd because you got staggered by one attack before the smoke screen. I don't know for sure, but I think that those npcs can stagger and knockdown/back. I know that the ranger's pet do, that's why it made me belive this. And the shield bash miss, looked like it was lag(wich was pretty high on this stress test)
