Treat yourself and your body to some 'me-time' with this full body stretch. Start off standing and mobilise and stretch your shoulders, upper back and side body. Gradually moving closer to the ground, release out any tightness from your hips and legs. Let go of any stress, feel calm and relaxed. Your body and mind will thank you for it.

Thank you Katja! My first session with you did not disappoint. As a yoga teacher, I've been struggling to get back onto the mat since July covid, particularly as I have residual neurological issues from 2 disc prolapses 8 years ago - that's how I got into yoga & teaching. My body has been groaning for several weeks now and this has made me feel more open, less tight and achy. Thank you :D

Hi Katya! I had been down with Fibromyalgia for a month, then had an intense shoulder procedure that I have been healing from for 4 months. Your class has been just what I needed to get my body back in shape and moving again. I’ve been doing yogilates for 3 years. Your gentle, unhurried classes have been the medicine I’ve needed! Thank you for your videos! I’m having some back issues and had to stop doing many of my normal workout routines but I can do many of your videos with out having pain and I think it’s helping my back and core get stronger. These stretches and yoga poses are new for me so I greatly appreciate how well you explain how to move and change positions. You’re super easy to follow. Thanks again for your wonderful videos!!!❤

Today is my activity recovery, and I completed this routine after one of your posture reset videos. Ohhh wow, my body is so relaxed and delighted right now. I can almost hear it sighing with relief. Thank you!

So I took a nasty fall and one or several of the ligaments on my shoulder broke with clavicle displacement. I can't stand still despite the pain and discomfort. Can you point me to videos I can do?

I am sorry to hear you had a nasty fall! Hope you feel better and heal up soon. I would suggest to choose lower body workouts and then of course carefully adjust positions or leave out any moves that put strain on your shoulder.
