Thankyou for making these videos! Being an artist taxes the body fat more than people realise, and can be a leading factor in why sometimes we aren’t able to create anything, I think we subconsciously know it leads to pain - so we choose not to sit down and work - I’ve had stages where I try and approach the desk, but as soon as I see it my mind says “nope” and I just walk away - leading to prolonged periods of no creativity. Excersize, good posture and good over all health is critical in maintaining a positive creative output.

The first wall exercise is just what I need. Due to an exposed screw coming out of a vertebrae from an L4-L5 fusion in 1992, just getting down to the floor and up again can well, my neighbors know.....then it's 2-4 weeks of recovering. But that door...I bet you're 5'10". It makes you look like you're a member of the Lollypop Guild.

I have fewer problems with my low back but know from a good friend who had continual problems with his that strengthening and working on the trigger points in the gluteus medius can help.
