In your training regiment, how would you incorporate stretching and strength training for kicking if you also did martial arts? Would you do these exercises at the same days as Muay thai practice, for instance, or on seperate days? Or does it even matter. Thank you so much.

My recommendation would be to do your flexibility/mobility training as it's own workout on separate days from your martial arts training. We need to work at a high enough intensity to actually give our body a stimulus to adapt to. Treat your flexibility training the same as strength training!

All the items that you use to stretch for the front a side splits will you make a list so I can buy them on Amazon or wherever
