I do think there’s an argument for Lathliss and Terror of the Peaks in like a Smugglers Surprise or Push/Pull build. Yeah there could be better targets but getting the procs up front is super nice.

Abyssal Harvester, to me, is not a card that will see immediate play in a Mono Black Midrange Deck (even less if that deck also have Ashiok, Wicked Manipulator since Harvester will be sabotaging her with its ability) until Cut Down finally rotates out of the format. It would be possible in a Rakdos Midrange Deck that have Enduring Courage as one of it's main components (since the biggest issue with this card is the fact that you can't activate its ability immediately and Enduring Courage actually gets rid of that) or a Golgari Midrange with a heavy emphasis on Protection spells (specially those of the Hexproof kind) But, there's a particular Deck that will like this card from the Offset and that is Golgari Roots since Tyvar, Jubilant Brawler also gets rid of Harvester's Issue

Why would OG Etali only get a 4?? Sure he doesn't have any keywords and he is 6 mana, but on attack he casts potentially TWO spells FOR FREE and can easily be given haste lol I would imagine, especially factoring in the 6/6 PT, he should at least command like a 5.4 or something.

So you seemed to be fumbling a bit about how to explain why achmage of runes is better than arcanis... Arcanis, you tap out on 6. Archmahe, you pay 5 on 6 Mana and hold up a 2 cost counterspell (reduced by 1) to protect him + draw a card.
