You published and I rushed into xmage to test it out. After including 4 aether hubs and playing some matches, I noticed the lack of graveyard hate (in the form of a scavenger ground and a crook of condemnation) and the opportunity to include Appeal // Authority in the SB against midrange, taking some games earlier. Aerial Responder and Aethersphere Harvester are solid, they earn games! SB is not easy, not so many interesting pieces of removal. All in all, I'm currently 3-2 with the deck, will give it more runs by the weekend! Tks man!

I prefer turn one sacred cat, turn to beast caller savant into a second sacred cat, turn three lone rider and selfless spirit, turn for majestic myriarch is a 12/12 flying LifeLink firststrike haste on turn four. That's magical Christmas land! However, and 8/8 flying LifeLink haste on turn for has won me more than one game, and I regularly have a turn four 6/6 haste creature.

Hey Dev, first off: great video! Also I'm already excited about the new camera! I have a deck pretty similar to this, but with a little twist. I spash red for Samut (the creature), not really for tons of value but mostly for fun. Also red adds some nice removal options for sideboard. Haven't considered Fleetwheel Cruiser yet, gonna give it a try!

You definitely need Crook of Condemnation for the sideboard. This deck is going to want to grind while it waits to draw a Myriarch which means graveyard strategies will be very strong against you. A few Crooks should help you hamper their grinding well enough to stay afloat, plus cracking it is unlikely to hurt you very much most of the time.

I had this deck for game day. My 2 drop of choice was beast caller savant which is super good, giving haste for cheap and ramping into myriarch. Some more awesome tech is dusk/dawn which can get back myriarch if your board is cleared

Unrelated comment I haven't seen anyone talk about this interaction but it has worked awesome for me. I know it's at the end of it's standard legality. A three drop like filigree familiar into eldritch evolution search for honking darkdwellers use eldritch evolution again and search for a seven drop I use Omnath and herald of anguish. Turn four gold with a dispel in ah d or just one mana up for censor. I'm sure other people have seen this interaction but I haven't seen anyone talking about this since the cards came out. Sorry for the length of the post.

Love you ideas. I built almost the same, except added Bombay at 1 because I wanted the haste, and did some start/finish just to get 2 for 1 creatures and also included Pride Soverin for another big creature with the other 2 kitties. I boarded some Overrun as well for an option in game 2 to keep them guessing. Played 2 weekends ago and went 1 and 3 but I only had 2 Majestics so I bought 2 more. one game swung in for 20 turn 5 because haste, double strike, and flying.......dead!

What about 'Appeal to Authority'? It's 1 mana to give a creature trample and boost by # of creatures and it has an alright aftermath sorcery.

I thought Cartouche of Solidarity was Going to be in there. It makes a 1/1 vigilance and can give a creature first strike for one Mana! it's one mana to give your myriarch +1/+1 Vigilence, and First Strike!

This made me think of making a commander deck similar to this along with Odric and a bunch of quality creatures in 5 colors. Not sure exactly what commander would be best though... Ramos would be a good way to ramp into big things, but doesn't itself provide a lot to the voltron-ish strategy. Maybe Horde of Notions? Although I'm not sure how useful its second ability would be tbh

Rhonas actually seems pretty insane. Trample + Deathtouch is amazing on a big guy and together with indestructible? They have to either sacrifice their entire board or let it go trough.

I run Beastcaller Sevant for haste and some ramp and Servo Exhibition/Sram's Expertise for more creatures. and a couple odric cuz he's super sweet. I didn't play any of the vehicles or any of the one drops.

I like beastcaller savant in this deck. (not rotation-proof though) It allows turn 3 savant + 2 drop, then myriarch on turn 4 with haste (+ double-strike / flying depending on 2-drops).

I use Nature's Way as reliable removal/ability boost in my similar, but not rotation proof, GW Odric/Myriarch deck - Nature's Way won't rotate though, so might be a good add-in as removal w/2 relevant abilities - I like it better than Prepapre//Fight anyway.

I'm thrilled about this deck, it has my play style written all over it. But I'm worried about the "rotation proof" tag on it. It seems to play quite a few cards that are gonna get chopped out of standard and so far from what we've seen from Ixalan, not much is going to fill in. Literally all of the spells (including the vehicles), plus a huge chunk of creatures, total of 20 cards are out. And that's a hefty chunk of the word soup we need to power up the myriarch too. Perhaps a lot of the 2 drop fliers and vigilance creatures are too common to expect to be spoiled this early? So maybe we can expect things like that to work out? But I just don't know they I want to buy this deck now thinking it'll carry and have it wasted in a month

Also, Dev, you focused more on getting abilities on Myriarch, but didn't seem to focus on going wide to just make him flat out big. Perhaps after rotation we should start swapping in things like Pride Sovereign, Steward of Solidarity, and Oketra's Monument? Still though, we're losing all the hexproof instants. I guess we have hapatra's mark, but it just seems so out of place.

Sweet deck, although lack of removal makes some matchups VERY problematic. For example, this deck is totally unable to handle Hazoret or other Gods, it has to push trample damage across which it does not do very consistently.
