@ootts456 Mainland China requires visa approvals for Americans and has a bunch of restrictions. Taiwan (Republic of China) allows American passport holders to enter without a visa. Going through mainland Chinese immigration is not an easy or pleasant experience for Americans (probably due to rising tensions).

Hey guys. For some people who says things like , Mike isn't being genuine anymore, or he only post good stuff or why is Mike not giving a proper review, only like UUHHMAZING or UHHMAMI or things like that. Let me tell you why. Mike Chen has preivously said that if he doesn't like the food he eats or the place he goes to, he will not post it. The reason is that he knows that businesses even small business work so hard and doing their best to get going, so he does not want ruin their business with his video. Although, things can't be the same when he reviews fast food, or supermarket food or Costco or convenience store. that is a different story. For people who ask me when did he said that. Well he said it in the 4 years ago video called :STEAMING Dim Sum + BEST & WORST Foods I've Ever Had". In that video, In minute 15:36 he talked about why he doesn't upload or showcase the food he dislikes
