My elder brother modified his friend's Strida 3.3 many years ago, he changed the drum brake to disc brake and cnc aluminum drive wheel instead of plastic one, actually it was before the Taiwan factory applied the copyright to produce the version 5.0!! He always tell me this is the first disc brake Strida! I just wondering the general speed of 18 -20 km/hr bike needing the disc brake ........

+K.O KKO No pongo link del vendedor por respeto a +Mark Sanders pero obviamente no es difícil de localizar. Habia una Strida mini con rueda de 14" pero no recuerdo cual era la altura minima.

Not quite,,,, a replica implies being produced under license or agreement. Counterfeit will be more of the title. The reason why it can be exported here is because the US patent on the Strida expired in 2006 & the mechanism used in Strida 1 and 2 of the product is now in the public domain. It is not legal in China to make these w/o being licensed by the Ming Cycle Company. They export these knock-offs in countries where it is legal to import or to own.
