Everything you mentioned lives in those mountains, including scorpions, tarantulas, javelinas and all kinds of snakes. You just need to be prepared and know which ones are poisonous and which ones aren't. It's a stunning house though and Scottsdale is a great community.

Wow...HUGE MISS on this kitchen! I shall be sexist and say it was probably a man who designed this $12 million house! Seriously, where is the double oven and butler's pantry with a kitchen within a kitchen??!!!! They only had a tiny little pantry off on the side, which was nothing exciting to look at. Seriously, the kitchen was a huge disappointment! I've seen multiple homes for a fraction of this house with a better layout. I guess you are paying for the views. No thank you!
