Hi Milan, I like the Strigon you acquired. I think I have the same brand but not positive, I’m in the U.S. and it seems the plaque that’s on mine is a rebrand mine is a 1981 model KR550

Hi, I am happy you are also a shaper fan. :) Sometimes I switch it on, and turn it on without making any chips just oiling itself, and I listen the sound, and watch the ram movement. :D Have many good job with your shaper.

@@kokmil I have been making tools for it like- a larger lantern, different size key way cutters, indexing tool holder and I’m working on a fixture now to cut change gears for my lathe so I can expand my thread cutting options. I, like you just love the sound, motion and possibilities of the shaper.

@@MannyVanOss I also have to make some keyway cutting tool. I am lucky because I have the factory made keyway cutter bar holder, and just need some different size of bars. Gear cutting is a good job for the shaper. I would to try it in the future. For my lathe I needed a change gear, and I 3D printed that. It worked perfectly. I recommend it to you to try. I plan to make a maintance on the table movement mechanism of shaper, because when I oiling the ways, some dust and black oil come out from the sliding surfaces. So It need a care like a family member. 😄😄

@@kokmil My plan is to make a rack & use a gear to copy for all my new gears, the change gears are m1/20°pa but I need to make about 5 different ones from z40-z128. I already can make a lot of different threads on the lathe but this will let me produce any thread I want. Is there a way to email you to send pics back and forth of projects?
